A beautiful kind, showing it's best very soon.

This is a wildflower of the noble family Orchis.

Some flowers look very elegant in bouquets in fancy places.

This little fellow lightens up the ditches and the forestfloors,

a pleasure for open minds.

En liten skapning som snart viser sitt vakre jeg.

Dette er en villblomst av slekten Orchis.

Noen blomster er veldig elegante i flotte buketter på fine steder.

Denne vesle karen lyser opp grøftekanter og skogbunner,

til glede for deg med et åpent sinn.

ABC wednesday - L - LIGHTHOUSES & LANTERNS

Lighthouses are gorgeous buildings, I love both the architechture and the mission. We've done a few trips to see some of theese faboulos monuments out there by the sea.

Jeg synes fyrene våre er enestående byggverk, jeg liker både arkitekturen og misjonen. Vi har tatt flere turer for å se disse flotte monumentene der ute ved havet.

This is Kvitsoy Lighthouse which was established as a station in 1700.

Dette er Kvitsøy Fyr som ble etablert i 1700.

This lantern was the start on Kvitsoy. They filled the steelbucked with glowing coal, and tipped it up. It's called a "Tipping Lantern", Vippefyr in norwegian.

Vippefyren var starten på Kvitsøy. De fylte stålpanna med glødende kull og vippet den opp.

Lista Lighthouse is tall and slender, a beautil tower.
There has been a lighthouse here since 1836.
We could come into this lighthouse, and that is always an extra pleasure.

Lista Fyr er et høyt, slankt og vakkert tårn. Her har det vært fyrstasjon siden 1836.
Vi fikk komme inn i dette fyret, og det er alltid ekstra morsomt.

Looking through those narrow windows gave me a narrow view, but it was magnificent anyway!

Å se gjennom slike smale vinduer gav meg en snever utsikt, men du verden så flott allikevel!

And on the top, this outstanding banister.

Og på toppen , dette flotte gelenderet.

Lindesnes Lighthouse is the oldest lighthouse in Norway. It is also occupying the southermost mainland in Norway. This has been a lighthousestation since 1656.



Lindesnes Fyr er Norges eldste. Det finner vi på Norges sørligste fastland. Lindesnes har vært Fyrstasjon siden 1656.



It all startet with an open coal lantern, which later was built in.
As far as I can understand, this(below) is the built in coal lantern.
Above is the lighthoust of today, leading ships away from land.

På Lindesnes starte det hele med et åpent kullbluss. Det ble senere bygd inn. Etter som jeg kan forstå er dette (under) det innbygde kullblusset. Over ser vi fyret av i dag som leder skip unna land.

KNITTING, thats my dear hobby!

STRIKKING, det er min kjære hobby!

To be able to create all kinds of clothes gives me a certain pleasure and I will never get tired of KNITTING. There are always new challenges, new things to learn or new yarns to try. And I also want to do it well. KNITTING has become my passion;)

Å være i stand til å lage alle slags klær gir meg en særlig glede, og blir aldri lei av STRIKKING. Det vil alltid være nye utfordringer, nye ting å lære eller nye garn å prøve. Og jeg vil gjerne vise at jeg kan gjøre arbeidet fint.

STRIKKING har blitt min lidenskap.

Socks ain't just socks. There are so many beautiful patterns, and I love these lace patterns. Why cant socks be nice? Well, I KNIT the best I can, and I lvove sock-KNITTING!

Sokker er ikke bare sokker. Det finnes et utall vakre mønster, og jeg elsker de med blondemønser. Hvorfor kan ikke sokkene også være vakre? Vel, jeg STRIKKER det beste jeg kan, og elsker sokke-STRIKK!

Hats are my comfort when my other tasks are too difficult. Then I grab some yarn and needles design my own hat. After a hat-design the difficult tasks usually are solvable, and I can go on KNITTING;)

Luer er mintrøst når jeg står overfor vanskelige oppgaver. Da triver jeg et garnnøste og pinner, og strikker lue etter eget design. Etter et lue-design er de vanskelige oppgavene som regel løsbare, og jeg kan STRIKKE videre;)

ABC- WEDNESDAY****JJJJJ****

J - Today I want to tell you about something we surprisingly came to experience when we wanted to visit this little church. The curch is "Madonna de la Coruna" ouside of Spiazza in Italy. The architechture in the church itself is special. It looks like the church is glued to the mountain. One of the walls inside IS the mountainwall. But that is not my theme today. Today is J for JESUS, LOOK BELOW...

J - i dag har jeg lyst å vise en hyggelig overraskelse vi kom over da vi skulle besøke denne lille kirka. Kirka heter "Madonna de la Coruna" og ligger like utenfor Spiazza i Italia. Arkitekturen i kirka er veldig spesiell, det ser nesten ut som den er limt til fjellveggen. Den ene langveggen inne i kirka ER fjellveggen. Men det er ikke dagens tema. Tema i dag er J for JESUS, SE NEDENFOR

On our way down to the the church ther was several stations, describing The Passion of JESUS.

På vei ned til kirka var det mange stasjoner som beskreiv JESU lidelseshistorie.

JESUS is carrying the cross, the women are following him.

JESUS bærer korset, kvinnene følger ham.

JESUS is falling, carrying the cross.

JESUS faller mens han bærer korset.

Before JESUS is crucifyed his was stripped of his garments.
Før JESUS blir korsfestet frarøves han alle klærne.

JESUS is nailed to the cross.
JESUS spikres til korset.

JESUS on the cross, imprisonating for my sins, and for your sins.
På korset sonet JESUS for mine synder , og for dine synder.

JESUS is taken down from the cross, to be buryed in a strange man's grave.
JESUS blir tatt ned fra korset for å begraves i en fremmed manns grav.

The resurrection!
Oppstandelsen!

The angel is here to tell that JESUS is no longer in the grave, he is risen!
Engelen er her for å fortelle at JESUS ikke er i graven lenger, han er stått opp!

INDIGO is a difficult color to find and describe. It's somewhere between blue and purple, and it's beautiful. Pea flowers comes in a lot of beautiful colors, also INDIGO.

Playing GAMES across generations often brings an easy tone into any kind of party.

In all GAMES there is a competative element, but winning isn't always the most important part of it.

Joy is the absolutly most imortant element, see the boys below!

Sometimes it's best to play GAMES inside. That can also be fun.

Sigurd and Simon in deep consentratin on passing the ring on the straw. The fight is to be faster than the other team, and the reward today is honour and appaude:)
